The Willow Creek subdivision in Marvin is a 45 single family home community conveniently located off of Providence Road S. and Wingard Rd. We take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming community for all our residents. The neighborhood is zoned for Marvin schools: Sandy Ridge Elementary, Marvin Middle and Marvin High School are all minutes away.
Community Events
WC HOA organizes various community events throughout the year to foster a sense of togetherness and belonging. New residents are greeted by the Welcome Committee and we host annual events for the kids and adults to spend time together. Fishing tournaments, Halloween hay ride and 4th of July fireworks are some of the events that bring us together.

At WC HOA, safety and security are our top priorities. We are committed to ensuring a secure and peaceful environment for all our residents. Please drive the speed limit thought our streets, and take extra caution at the bend near the pond. Keep vehicles locked and valuables out of plain sight.
Neighborhood Amenities
The Willow Creek Community has a one acre pond with large bream, bass and catfish, a small playground with a picnic table, graveled walking trails through the hardwoods, and street lights. Our roads were re-paved in 2024 for smooth bike riding.
